A coffee we know well and always like having around.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eThe Crespo family bought Hacienda Pillcocaja twelve years ago and built the operation with a focus on keeping everything close to the farm. Their wet mill sits just 800 metres away, so the cherries don’t travel far before processing. We’ve been sourcing coffee from the family for the past four years, including their natural Typica, Honey Dude. Golden Waffle is the same variety from the same farm, but processed as a honey. Side by side, it’s a nice way to see how differently the two lots can taste.
