250 grams of Artisan Roast’s house blend, Janzsoon. Using two kinds of beans sourced from Brazil and Sumatra, this coffee is one of Artisan Roast’s most popular for its rich, chocolatey taste with subtle touches of fruit and a smooth aftertaste.
This coffee is made up of Arabica beans which have been roasted using different profiles. The first bean comes from the Aceh province of northern Sumatra, and is responsible for the darkly rich taste of the coffee. The second bean comes from Daterra State in Brazil, and gives the coffee a fruity kick.
