250 grams of Williams & Johnson’s Rosa Abad filter roast. Named for the farmer who grew the beans, this blend has hints of apricot, honey, and almonds. The coffee beans in this blend were sourced from a farm near a mountain range in Ecuador, and they are packed with flavour.
Rosa Abad, the woman who grew these beans, is one of a very few number of female growers working in Ecuador today. At her organic farm in the Rancho Carmen mountain range she depulps her coffee before it is sundried in a nearby farm belonging to her son, this whole process takes time and dedication, but the results are worth it.
