We all like a new label don’t we. Familiar, but different. A little razzmatazz. Well, that’s what this coffee is – a little razzmatazz. A beautiful Guatemalan lot that deserves to go in a label a little different. Just like last year’s selection of microlots from Guatemala, we have a selection of women farmers and producers who are cultivating the land to offer up some high quality cups.
Micaela Jacinto inherited her farm, Cacha’pina’ in 2000 as a second generation farmer and has since been doing the fieldwork by herself alongside her children, whilst teaching her children “love and passion for the countryside.” 1700 – 1750 masl high in Huehuetenango, she focuses on growing Caturra and Bourbon.
