Mishmash is a minimalist office supplies brand that aims to break through the minds of every design enthusiast by offering a collection of disruptive and innovative products, fighting the boundaries of editorial design. The Portuguese company was founded by Beatriz Barros in 2015 – inspired by her grandfather’s old stationery store, the vintage office supplies, and the distinct and deeply nostalgic scent of paper.
Beatriz’s goal is to change the world of stationery by offering design enthusiasts unique, high-quality products with ethical and eco-friendly sourcing. Mishmash have committed to plant and restore every single gram of paper their products consume to help repair the broken climate, and ensure good labour practices and quality craftsmanship by only working with local commerce to create their products. Their furthest away partner is less than 10km from their headquarters in Porto.
