Established by Hideo Koide in 1972, Kinto started out as a wholesaler of tableware in Shiga, Japan. Passionate about tableware, they soon began developing their own products with the goal of bringing comfort and inspiration into everyday life. Since 2010, Kinto products have been exported worldwide. Their products are designed to balance usability and aesthetics, so they can easily integrate into our routines. Human movements such as holding, pouring, and drinking are carefully considered in the design details.
