Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe the products we supply are an investment for a happier life. You’ve trusted us with your hard earned money, now we want you to be able to use your new purchase with ease and confidence. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them and are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery of your order.
Unwanted goods must be in an “as new” condition and returned in the original undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but you must not have used or installed them or input any data on them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to unwanted products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, coffee beans, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Personal care goods such as hand wash, lotions, cosmetics, or fragrances cannot be returned. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
– Book with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
(If applicable)
It may take upto 14 working days for a refund to reach your account depending on payment method. If 14 days has elapsed, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
(If applicable)
Items may only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an e-gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund, as well as the cost of shipping the return if this is arranged by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
