Imaginary Authors was founded by Josh Meyer in Portland, Oregon, after he quite his job in real estate to pursue niche perfumery in 2012. The fragrance house formulate wildly unique fragrances born from the concept of scent as art and art as provocation. Like a good book, these scents are designed to inspire.
Contains 2ml of eight fragrances: Cape Heartache, Every Storm a Serenade, Falling Into The Sea, In Love With Everything, Memoirs of a Trespasser, Saint Julep, Slow Explosions, & Yesterday Haze.
Coniferous, sweet, and mysterious. Drape Cape Heartache like a scarf and observe those around you gravitate to your warmth.
Fresh citrus, radiant lychee, and warm sand. This scent is sunshine in a bottle. Wear on cloudy days to invoke the ardor of summer.
Juicy and electric raspberry & coconut sugar – a blast of energy ideal for whenever you’re feeling low or looking for a little boost of bliss to keep your body moving and your lungs laughing long into the night.
Warm, boozy, with enveloping woody vanilla – a fragrance for adventuring.
With pops of rose and hits of saffron, this scent explodes on the skin and awakens the senses. Every inhale will open you up to the idea of escape, push you to take risks, and embolden you to get truly lost.
A great leisure fragrance, wear The Soft Lawn on weekends or anytime you wish it were the weekend.
The seductive, dreamlike quality of this scent works like a magnet. Use it liberally during the day and, as it lingers into the night, watch as those around you are lured into your sphere.

“I wanted to create something that bled fun—as opposed to the business world, which simply wasn’t fun to me anymore. I want the folks experiencing Imaginary Authors to be able to see the fun in every single aspect that comes out of the line.“
