Founded by musician-turned-pharmacist Michael Partouche (also known as Dr. Mike) Room 1015 is a Paris-based fragrance house where rock-n-roll heritage meets meticulous olfactory craft. The house draws its name from a legendary hotel room reputed for rock-star chaos, yet its creative ethos is far more nuanced: Room 1015 channels the poetry, vulnerability, and electricity of counterculture into scent. Partouche’s background in both science and music forms the backbone of this vision, merging the precision of formulation with the visceral emotion of sound, memory, and subculture.
Room 1015’s fragrances are conceived as snapshots of rebel romanticism, each one rooted in a story, a mood, or a moment from music’s mythologies and the worlds that orbit them. Collaborating with renowned perfumers such as Amélie Bourgeois, Anne-Sophie Behaghel and Jérôme Epinette, Partouche transforms these narratives into fragrances that feel like worn leather jackets, flickering neon, stage feedback, or the heat of a crowd pressed close at a show.
