Inspired by the old world bay rum first used by sailors traveling through the Caribbean and later popularised in barbershops, dark rum is a refreshing reinvention of a traditionally dark and spicy aroma. Sweetened with ripe plum and crisp bergamot, notes of leather, rum and creamy milk are blended into an intoxicating mix that adapts perfectly to its wearer. Both alluringly warm and fresh, this scent captures the essence of long days spent in the tropical sun and late nights with friends. With just a spritz, dark rum leaves a deep and indelible longing for all those places we’ve been – as well as those we’ve yet to visit.

Our votive candle is designed with a vegetable wax blend for a clean, slow burn that lasts 25 hours.

The local Malin + Goetz Apothecary, est. 2004

Matthew Malin and Andrew Goetz opened the doors of the MALIN + GOETZ Chelsea flagship store in March 2004.

The stores, while modern in every way, are reminiscent of traditional neighbourhood apothecaries: brimming with activity, wonderful treatments and great customer service.

Today their portfolio of apothecaries has expanded from New York to Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and Hong Kong while their distribution to luxury retailers and hotel, airline and gym amenity partners continues to grow globally.
