The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo, home of the last Mountain Gorillas. Available in two blends:

Black Cherry
A rich, sophisticated drinking chocolate made with shavings of our award winning Black Cherry 70% dark chocolate. The infusion of dark cherries gives decadence to the deep forest notes of this beautiful chocolate experience.
Ingredients: organic cocoa mass, organic raw unrefined cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic black cherry flavour oil

Blood Orange
A decadent and uplifting drinking chocolate made with shavings of our award winning Blood Orange 70% dark chocolate. The careful infusion of tangy blood orange and creamy vanilla elevates the deep forest notes of this beautiful chocolate experience.
Ingredients: organic cocoa mass, organic raw unrefined cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic blood orange flavour oil

To make the perfect hot chocolate, stir three heaped tablespoons (approx 28g) of drinking chocolate into 200ml of warmed milk. Whisk over the heat until smooth and thickened.
