A standout SL09 from Peru, this Franco Huaches lot brings together distinctive genetics, high-altitude terroir and an expressive approach to processing. We roasted it slightly slower to develop a precise, layered profile while retaining its natural sweetness.
Clear and aromatic, with soft floral sweetness, juicy nectarine and bright bergamot. The complexity of the fermentation is balanced by an elegant structure, with the stone fruit character of the SL09 remaining at the centre.
