Fruity, funky banger- a Colombian Wush Wush varietal from Henry Bonilla’s La Chapolera farm that’s undergone an advanced washed process involving extended oxidation and anaerobic fermentation phases to achieve a bright lychee/cherry profile with serious florals, sweetness & complexity.
Expect crazy sweetness, heaps of florals and lychee/cherry fruity notes & and some funk. However, this one is super balanced and not overpowering. It’s more fruity and floral than anything else. It’s probably our favourite coffee on the offer list right now, a must buy.
