Supernatural is the combined work of 20 producers in Gaitania who work collectively to deliver cherry from their farms to the local mill which oversees the processing of this community lot. At Especiales Tres Esquinas the coffee is sealed in hermetic tanks for 70 hours to break down the cherry and ferment the sugars. Then cherries are then dried for 8-10 days on raised beds and mechanically dried. Last year this coffee quickly became a standout for us, blowing us away with flavor intensity, exploding with tropical fruit and sangria- Supernatural will not leave you wanting.
