Juan Rodriguez and his wife learned to grow coffee from their parents before buying their own farm together, building everything from the ground up. Their 1.1 hectare plot is populated with coffee grown from their nursery, covered by shade and fruit trees, with a total annual production of 830 kilos. Coffee is picked and depulped on the same day, then double fermented before dried on their patio.
