Poi Co.

Poi Co. was founded by Jiyeun Sung in Seoul in 2019. A South Korea native, Jiyeun moved to the UK in 2020 to study Visual Communication (MA) at the Royal College of Art in London.

With more than 10 years experience in branding, environmental graphics and editorial design, Poi Co. was founded as a means to combine Jiyeun’s passion for print and design, with her love for stationery. Poi Co. design is influenced by both East Asia and European design practices.

Poi Co. has become a vice in which Jiyeun explores her creative interests in product design, materials and colours beyond the digital screen, particularly with paper. The brand identity, product design and art direction were conducted to embrace brand DNA: functionality and simplicity.
