Another fresh crop from one of our favourite producers. We were blown away by the incredible cup profile of this lot of Sudan Rume. Edinson continues to push an already complex coffee to new heights through the use of temperature shock, mosto inoculated with yeast and controlled mechanical drying. This lot is nothing short of exceptional.
