Grown by Juan Peña at altitudes ranging from 1,900 to 2,100 meters in the Saraguro region, this batch showcases the Typica Mejorado variety.

Thanks to its washed processing method and a 15-hour fermentation period, it offers exactly what made it so successful last year: a clean, clear, and harmonious cup, perfectly suited for Filter brewing.

You’ll find those sweet notes of pear and maple syrup, always enhanced by a pleasant fruity hint of orange.
