This gorgeous artisan Ceremonial Matcha Set is a must have for any matcha lover.
The whisk and scoop are made out of Purple Bamboo, meaning there is no dye involved in the 2 tone colour, just meticulous and impressive carpentry of a beautiful wood.
The artisan ceramic matcha bowl and whisk holder are hand-glazed creating incredible unique patterns.
A Japanese handcrafted chawan (meaning ‘tea bowl’) in wan nari (meaning ‘round’) style.
To use the tea bowl, pour a small amount of water into it with your matcha and whisk until foamy. Add more water and whisk using your wrist in a Z shape with the whisk gently scraping the base of the bowl.

Teapro was founded by Tatjana Apukhtina & Tom Bowden in August 2018 after the couple had a life-altering loose leaf green tea experience in London. They broadened their knowledge and palettes whilst sampling hundreds of loose tea varieties. Teapro began as a monthly loose leaf tea subscription with an emphasis on educating subscribers on each tea’s background, source, flavour and health benefits. The company also source authentic tea ware from Asia and encourage traditional brewing techniques and ritual.
Teapro release a new loose leaf tea to their subscribers each month. Unlike other subscription companies, they work with small farms and suppliers from China, India, Japan, Argentina, South Africa, Rwanda and even Thailand.
