Jazz Fruits is a staple in our lineup and one we try to keep around all year, whenever the harvest allows. We source this community lot from Daye Bensa each year for its fruity, easy-going profile and how well it works as espresso, especially with milk. Strawberry, white chocolate and mandarin in the cup. Named after the Jazz Fruits playlists on Spotify.

Dak Coffee Roasters

Dak Coffee Roasters was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher & Veronique Lagarde in 2019. Originally from Montreal, Canada, the duo roamed around Europe for more than 8 years before settling in Amsterdam where they founded the roastery. Dak means "roof" in Danish, and it was a moment in 2019 when Louis-Philippe was sitting on the roof of his home, drinking coffee when he decided to start his own roastery. Dak now consists of a team of fourteen.

“Coffee has always been part of our lives, although our love for specialty coffee has grown exponentially in the past few years. After working many years respectively in Finance & Marketing, we decided to pursue our dream, opening a coffee roastery. Dak was born from true passion for coffee and the desire to embark on a journey of endless discoveries."
