We’re excited to share this vibrant coffee from Finca Anaya, crafted for those who love expressive, fruit-forward profiles. It instantly takes us back to the Candy Crush days, sweet, colourful, and a little nostalgic. This Yellow Pacamara Multi-Staged Washed lot (fermented with yeast and fruit mixture) is a standout in the co-fermented category. Not all experimental fermentations hit the mark – some can be overpowering – but this one is just right. The careful process and unique varietal make it a complex, juicy, and incredibly fun coffee to drink.

Dak Coffee Roasters was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher & Veronique Lagarde in 2019. Originally from Montreal, Canada, the duo roamed around Europe for more than 8 years before settling in Amsterdam where they founded the roastery. Dak means “roof” in Danish, and it was a moment in 2019 when Louis-Philippe was sitting on the roof of his home, drinking coffee when he decided to start his own roastery.
