Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,950 to 2,200 meters, this coffee is processed with the utmost care at the Chelbesa washing station, located at over 2,000 meters in the heart of the village of Danche.
Whole Beans from hundreds of small local farmers who cultivate their plots in semi-forest environments, where coffee trees thrive in the shade of a rich biodiversity and food crops such as banana trees. This unique and well-preserved terroir gives the coffee a remarkable character, which is revealed in the cup through its beautiful clarity.
In the cup, you’ll find vibrant notes of candied lemon and black tea, blended with the juicy sweetness of plum and peach, resulting in a fruity and floral Ethiopian grand cru.
