Berry Blues is back. We’ve had this coffee in different variations over the years, sometimes under Berry Blues, sometimes as Blueberry Boom, and it remains a favourite across the Dak team for its big fruit character and how much fun it is to drink. This year’s harvest from Esayas Beriso is an anaerobic natural, grown high in Oromia, Ethiopia, and slowly dried in the shade. There’s plenty of dark fruit and a boozy edge: grape soda up front, myrtle liquor behind it, and a cashew-butter richness that gives the cup its buttery body and creamy mouthfeel.
Meet the Brand
Dak Coffee Roasters
“Coffee has always been part of our lives, although our love for specialty coffee has grown exponentially in the past few years. After working many years respectively in Finance & Marketing, we decided to pursue our dream, opening a coffee roastery. Dak was born from true passion for coffee and the desire to embark on a journey of endless discoveries."
“We select our coffees based on their unique tasting profiles and of course that are 100% fully traceable. We partner with importers that share our values and we roast each one of our coffees carefully to bring the best flavours they have to offer.”
