Made with seasonal fresh white peach purée prepared in our kitchen.
Lesley had her first taste of matcha as a child in form of Japanese Kit Kat flavour. It was sweet, milky and hint of bitterness from the tea that really made the flavour unique. It was also the best way to be slowly introduced to the vegetative bitter taste and soon move to enjoying the natural savoury umami taste, deep grassiness and gentle bitterness.
