Founder, Nick Hoang, grew up in rural Vietnam, where he was enchanted by the scents that shaped his childhood – the lotus blossoms on quiet lakes, the fresh morning dew on rice paddies, and the sharp tang of lime leaves from his grandmother’s garden.
