We are excited to add Dizzy Lime to the lineup (although we have little volume of it!) When purchasing the coffees from Aquiares, Diego mentioned he had experimented with adding eucalyptus hydrosol in the fermentation tanks to a Centroamericano hybrid varietal (Sarchimor T-5296 and Sudan Rume) and that he really liked the result. The rest of the process is done through a traditional washed method. After trying it, we decided to buy it as the result is quite subtle, making it a very herbal profile with tasting notes of eucalyptus, lime and lavender.

Dak Coffee Roasters was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher & Veronique Lagarde in 2019. Originally from Montreal, Canada, the duo roamed around Europe for more than 8 years before settling in Amsterdam where they founded the roastery. Dak means “roof” in Danish, and it was a moment in 2019 when Louis-Philippe was sitting on the roof of his home, drinking coffee when he decided to start his own roastery. Dak now consists of a small team of six.
