Produced by Iván Gerardo Solís R. at Finca Santa Maria in the Los Santos region of Costa Rica, this honey-processed Villa Sarchi is cultivated at 1800 meters. Cherries are selectively handpicked, inspected, and washed before undergoing a 48-hour fermentation in tanks. They are then dried for 48 hours before being pulped, with the parchment and mucilage returned to raised beds to finish drying over 14 days. The result is a jammy and creamy cup with notes of berry marmalade, fluffy cream, and brown sugar, delivering a sweet and fun espresso experience.

Dak Coffee Roasters was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher & Veronique Lagarde in 2019. Originally from Montreal, Canada, the duo roamed around Europe for more than 8 years before settling in Amsterdam where they founded the roastery.
